Guarantee. We offer a very simple, 2 part guarantee. If, after one week of working with the Realtor(s) we suggested, you are unsatisfied for any reason with their performance, you may cancel the arrangement with them. You may then select another of our affiliates or another Realtor of your choosing. Additionally, after closing, if you feel the level of service provided by our Realtor did not meet your expectations, we will pay you $1000. We want you to feel comfortable and confident with your representation.

Screening and Vetting process. Colorado Lifestyle Real Estate has developed a proprietary methodology for third party, independent and objective Realtor selection. We do this through a careful vetting process that uses 22 criteria to select the most reputable, professional and experienced Realtors in Colorado. These criteria include such things as experience, tenure, reputation, production minimums, expertise in their chosen property type, professionalism, certification in the industry, ethics, etc. Each Realtor is also personally interviewed before acceptance as an affiliate.

Colorado Lifestyle Affiliates. These are the Realtors who have been selected to join our network after passing a 22 point vetting process. These Realtor affiliates are the most experienced, competent and educated professionals in their area. The ones we select know how the purchase process works, are responsive to your needs, have proven negotiation and people skills, and have the best knowledge of their real estate markets and local areas. All Realtors are hand selected by Colorado Lifestyle Real Estate and may not affiliate with our company by paying a monthly, quarterly or yearly fee.
