Resort Property Specialist™, (RPS™). These are the agents and associated real estate professionals who are affiliated with Colorado Lifestyle Real Estate. They are the most experienced, competent and educated professionals in their particular Resort town. For example, all agents must specialize in one of four areas of Resort real estate - second homes, condos and town homes, ranches/land or commercial. The ones we select know how the purchase process works, are responsive to your needs, have proven negotiation and people skills, and have the best knowledge of their real estate markets and local areas. All professionals are hand selected by Colorado Lifestyle Real Estate and may not affiliate with our company by paying a monthly, quarterly or yearly fee.

Guarantee. We offer a very simple, 2 part guarantee. If, after one week of working with your Resort Property Specialist, you are unsatisfied for any reason with their performance, you may cancel the arrangement with them. You may then select another RPS affiliate or select other real estate professionals of your choosing. Additionally, after closing, if you feel the level of service provided by our team did not meet your expectations, we will pay you $1000. We want you to feel comfortable and confident with your representation.

Screening and Selection process. Colorado Lifestyle Real Estate has developed a proprietary methodology for third party, independent and objective resort agent selection. We do this through a careful screening process that uses 17 criteria to select the most reputable, professional and experienced agents within their specialty of Resort property and within their geographical area. These criteria include such things as experience, tenure, reputation, production minimums, expertise in their chosen resort property type, professionalism, certification in the industry, ethics, etc. Each agent is also personally interviewed before acceptance as a Resort Property Specialist™.
